Players can purchase and adopt a menagerie of animals to entertain guests, including lions, giraffes and tigers. Gamers who properly manage their zoo can earn rewards and unlock exciting new animals and environments. By collecting and caring for their animals, players can achieve the ultimate goal of a zoo full of happy animals and customers. The DS version of the game also includes an exclusive 'animal card' collection feature through which players can acquire beautiful and fact-filled in-game cards of the world's most beloved animals.
